Stage one

We minimize the risks of collecting low-grade honey:
Heavy metals – distancing our apiaries away from industrial zones, highways and other possible sources of pollution. Ecology
Pesticides – distancing apiaries away from agricultural fields which are treated with pesticides.
GMO – distancing apiaries away from agricultural fields which harvest genetically modified crops.
Positioning apiaries only in locations of natural growing, wild medicinal plants.
Antibiotics – we monitor regional spread of bee illnesses as well as the types of medicines used to treat bees. We require apiarians to keep an identification log of all the activities on their apiaries.
During the first test (chemical and physical), it is determined if the honey is ripe. If case the honey was picked early it is sent back to the apiarian.
Falsification of honey is also determined - in case of falsification the contract with the apiarian is terminated.
Laboratory control; prior to packaging of a particular batch of honey (for example 3 tons) we determine its levels of chemical and physical attributes or ecological cleanness. If these high quality requirements are met with our principles of minimum twice exceeding the physical-chemical requirements of Germany (based on main enzyme indicators in honey) then another test is conducted in an internationally certified laboratory.

Stage two

We minimize the risks of loosing natural indicators and properties of honey:
We implement strict control of the production process and packaging of honey. Our production.

Stage three

We conduct independent laboratory test of each particular batch of honey after it is individually packaged. Each batch of honey after it is individually dispensed into a certain amount jars is given a unique code (the code is placed on the lid). For example, if our personally tested batch is composed of 3 tons of honey and we then dispense our honey in to only 500g glass jars; we will have 6 thousand jars. This batch of individually dispensed honey carries the same physical and chemical markers and therapeutic properties. Only then, this individually packaged honey is placed through 4 stages of laboratory tests.

APPLICA2. Antibacterial property test of Bashkir Bee Honey (APPLICA GmbH, Applied Chemical Analysis, Bremen, Germany).
This is another equally important test of our honey. Different bacteria and infections are the cause of inflammatory processes in the body. Antibacterial properties of our honey determine its high quality and therapeutic attributes.

QSI3. Full chemical and physical test identifies the presence and the amounts of all key elements which determine the quality, value and ecological cleanness of Bashkir Bee Honey (Quality Services International GmbH (Labor Dr Lullmann Bremen), Germany).

Komarov Botanisches Institut4. Pollen analysis identifies the botanical origins of Bashkir Bee Honey and determines the pollen presence of wild medicinal plants. (Komarov Botanisches Institut, Russische Akademie von Wissenschaften, St. Petersburg).
This test is important because botanical origins of honey influence its therapeutic value. Through pollen and nectar, bees transfer medicinal properties of plants into honey.
